  I have passed this hotel many times, but have stayed at the Residence Inn in Avon for the last 5 or 6 years at Christmas while visiting extended family. I decided NOT to stay there this year for two reasons: I don't need a giant breakfast (or any breakfast) to justify a room that is $60-70 more than the Courtyard as well as the fact that they seem to be 2 years behind on a renovation.
  
  I want to be able to sleep while I am away, so I decided to try this Courtyard for 2 nights and the price was right.
  
  Comfy pillows, nice bed, very clean hotel and no trash piled up outside by the trash cans (my huge pet peeve, although if people stopped emptying out 6 months of trash from their cars, that would help!) and THE BEST PART (really) was the girl who checked me in on the 24th, Jada. Very nice, friendly, told me her name and that she would be there all night if I needed anything and while I did not, I stopped by later just to say hello.

  I stayed here for one evening in a regular king room and had a rate that included breakfast. The room was well kept and recently remodeled. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! The fitness center just has two treadmills, one elliptical, and one bench with some free weights. The pool and spa didn't look very inviting. Breakfast was very good, I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered eggs with turkey sausage, toast, potatoes and OJ.
